Everyone Remi shows you has passed our checks before joining: identity verified, fraud and duplicate checks, and an interview on camera with a person. Some are also skills-assessed, and their profile says so. UK talent are right to work checked before any company sees them.

    • Anyone who does not pass is never shown to companies

Applicants tell us their experience, and we ask about it in the interview. Remi treats the level you ask for as a hard rule, and shows you the evidence behind it.

Evidence, not a score

We do not publish grades or marks about a person. What you see is what we checked, when, and the one thing they showed most clearly. Then Remi grades them against your own brief, with a quote for every line and where it came from: their CV, their profile, or our checks.

Graded against your brief

Every criterion you agree with Remi gets a grade, a few words and the evidence behind it. A quote that cannot be found in its source does not count, so nothing is taken on trust.
