Budget, honestly
Remi asks for a simple day band and tells you straight whether it fits the level you want. If it does not, it asks whether there is room to move or the budget is fixed, and shows you what that budget does get. Contractors set their own day rate, and you agree it with them.

Every match graded on evidence
Each line of your brief is graded from three sources: the engineer's CV, the profile they built with Remi, and what VERTX saw in its own interview and sealed coding task. Every grade carries the quote it rests on, and a quote that cannot be found in its source is not counted.
