Starting a search
Press Start hiring, describe the work, and build the brief with Remi as a conversation.
Open a search
Press Start hiring at the foot of the sidebar. Each search is saved under Roles, so you can leave and come back to it where you left off.
Say it your way
Describe the work as you would to a colleague, paste a job post, or add a document with the plus button. Remi reads it first and only asks what it could not find.
Your search, on the left; your brief, on the right
The conversation sits on the left with a Your search table you can tap to talk any line through. The brief builds live on the right: the requirements, what matters, and how many checked people fit so far.
Lock in and search
Once the essentials are known, Lock in the brief and find matches becomes available. Remi reads the brief back to you first, then searches.
