Docs Hiring with Remi

What matters: your criteria

Must, strong and nice to have: how every match is graded, and why one must is usually right.

The criteria

Remi drafts the lines every engineer will be graded on, each with a weight:

  • Must: without it, nobody could do this job. Anyone with evidence against a must is not shown.
  • Strong: matters a lot and decides the order.
  • Nice to have: a tie-breaker.

Why one must

Each extra must shrinks the pool quickly. Remi proposes one must by default and explains what a second one would cost. You can change any weight in the chat.

Graded on evidence

Each line is graded from the engineer's CV, their profile and VERTX's own checks. Every grade carries the quote it rests on, and a quote that cannot be found in its source is not counted.

Close, but not exact

An engineer strong in the work but from a neighbouring industry shows amber, with a plain note saying so.

Verify on the call

Each match comes with the one thing worth checking in your interview.
