Syl · Accessibility
A website everyone can use.
We want everyone to be able to find work and hire on Sylpen, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement says what we aim for, what we know isn't right yet, and how to get help.

The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across sylpen.ai and the Sylpen dashboards.
What we have done
- Text and background colours checked for contrast, and darkened where they fell short.
- Every image has a text description, and example pictures describe what they show.
- Animations slow down or stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- One main heading per page and headings in order, for screen readers.
What we know isn’t right yet
- Some animated product pictures change on a timer; you can read the same content in the text beside them.
- Some dashboard screens have not yet had a full screen-reader test. We are testing each one before launch.
- Video intros recorded by talent may not have captions.
- We are checking every page with a keyboard only and at 200% zoom, and will list anything we find here.
Get help, or tell us about a problem
If something on Sylpen is hard to use, or you need information in another format, write to hello@sylpen.ai or use our contact form. Tell us the page and what happened. A person will reply within two working days, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
If you need adjustments for an interview, tell us. We share what you need with a company only if you agree.
If you’re not happy with our response
You can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which advises on equality and human rights in England, Scotland and Wales.
