How does Syl grade a match?
Line by line, against the must-haves and nice-to-haves in your brief. A green line needs evidence from the person's CV, profile or answers, and each line says where it came from. Study sizes and outcomes are what the person told us unless Sylpen looked them up, and the profile says which. Syl recommends; you decide who to meet.
Can charities and public bodies use Sylpen?
Yes, if you are a UK organisation registered with Companies House. Every organisation is verified before it can see anyone.
Can I hire for commission-heavy roles?
Yes. Put the base salary and any commission or bonus in your brief. Candidates see the salary before they say yes, so the conversation starts from facts.
What does it cost?

How do you keep hiring fair?
