How does Syl grade a match?
Line by line, against the must-haves and nice-to-haves in your brief. A green line needs evidence from the person's CV, profile or answers, and each line says where it came from. Impact figures and data volumes are what the person told us unless Sylpen looked them up, and the profile says which. Syl recommends; you decide who to meet.
Does Syl test their SQL?
No. Sylpen does not assess UK talent. Syl grades the evidence in their profile, in their own words, and suggests what to check in your interview, such as a short live task.
Can I hire for commission-heavy roles?
Yes. Put the base salary and any commission or bonus in your brief. Candidates see the salary before they say yes, so the conversation starts from facts.
What does it cost?
