Do I pay anything?
No, never. Sylpen never charges you: no sign-up fee, no premium plan and nothing taken from your salary. Companies pay Sylpen a monthly plan, never a fee for hiring you.
Do you check my qualification?
If you are a member of ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CIOT or ATT, Sylpen staff look you up on the body's public directory and your profile shows the date. If you aren't listed there, it never counts against you: a company may simply ask for your certificate. Part-qualified is welcome.
Do I see the salary before I say yes?
Yes. A request shows the role's salary, hours, location and terms before you decide. If you set a private minimum, it is never shown to a company; it only hides roles that pay less.
Who can see my profile?
Only UK companies Sylpen has verified, when they are hiring for a role that fits you. Your current employer never sees you, and you can hide from any company you name. Nothing is shown until you publish your profile.
