What companies ask about hiring for marketing.
How do you know a result was theirs?
Syl asks. Every result shows whether the person owned it or shared it with a team, and Syl never counts a team result as one person's without saying so. Follower counts and buzzwords never count towards a match.
How does Syl grade a match?
Line by line, against the must-haves and nice-to-haves in your brief. A green line needs evidence from the person's CV, profile or answers, and each line says where it came from. Budgets and results are what the person told us unless Sylpen looked them up, and the profile says which. Syl recommends; you decide who to meet.
Can I hire for commission-heavy roles?
Yes. Put the base salary and any commission or bonus in your brief. Candidates see the salary before they say yes, so the conversation starts from facts.
What does it cost?
Start on Free: one UK role with every match in full, and your first 3 meetings, no card needed. Post one job free too. To meet more people and make offers, Standard is £249 a month, or £199 a month on a 1-year plan. No hiring fee, however many you hire. Monthly plans cancel any time and run to the end of the month you've paid for.
How do you keep hiring fair?
Only UK companies Sylpen has verified can see candidates, and a candidate can hide their profile from their current employer. Syl refuses criteria that would discriminate, such as age or nationality, and suggests the lawful version. Every hiring decision is made by people.
