Step by step
- Open Find talent and tell Syl about the role: what the person will do, where, the salary and when they should start.
- Answer Syl's follow-up questions. It only asks what it still needs.
- Check the brief Syl writes, including the must-haves. Change anything by just saying it.
- Press Looks right, find people.
Good to know: Must-haves are what Syl checks every match against, so keep them to the few things that really decide the hire.
