Answer someone, or keep them for later
Everyone waiting on you shows a countdown. Answer in one tap with a kind reason, or keep someone for a future role.
Step by step
- Open Manage hiring. Everyone waiting for an answer shows how many days are left.
- Choose a reason, such as Not the right experience or Role filled. The person gets a kind answer with your reason.
- Or choose Keep for a future role. They're told honestly that this role isn't going ahead for them now.
- Saved people stay in your pipeline, so you can come back to them when a role opens.
Good to know: Answering on time keeps your job post moving: the next applicant only comes in when you answer someone.
