Take up to 500 applications per post on Standard (1,000 on Growth) and review up to 30 at a time. Each time you answer someone, the next strongest match comes in.
Step by step
- Up to 30 applicants are in review at once. Everyone else waits in the queue.
- When you shortlist or answer someone, a place opens and the next applicant joins.
- Every applicant hears back within 10 working days.
- Applications never use your interviews.
